This policy covers gamesworththetime.com. It is brief because the site collects very little.

What we receive

Only what you send through the contact form or by email: your name, your email address and your message. This site never asks for passwords, card numbers, bank details or identity documents.

The form service

Form messages are passed to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an outside service with its own privacy terms. While in transit a message may be handled on servers outside Australia.

How we use it

To reply, and to fix the site if you reported a problem. We don't sell messages or use them for marketing, and we delete them within 12 months unless the conversation is still going.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. Our host keeps routine server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security.

Game websites

Once you follow a link to a game, the developer's own privacy policy applies.

Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, and if you are unhappy with our answer you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
